Back-to-back champion! Sean Mockler delivered once again at the National Senior Hammer Throw Championships, improving on last year’s winning mark to secure his fifth consecutive title. His best throw of the day measured a massive 65.62m, which proved enough to seal the gold medal. The podium was completed by:
