Results Catch Up🗓️⬛🟥 On October 5th Two of our athletes represented the club at the Cook Medical Mini Marathon in Limerick which a attracted over 3500 runners, First home for the club was Liam Meaney running well in 43mins+54 seconds with Paudie Guidera also having a good run in 46mins+6seconds, Well done lads🖤❤️
The Longwood 3/4 Marathon took place in County Meath last Sunday October 5th a good benchmark for those preparing for the marathon, Three of our athletes completed the 19.6 Miles course a tough event but they all got through it, First home for the club was Mossy Bracken with a great run breaking the 2 hour mark in 1:58:09, NExt home was Paul Bowe running well in 50th place setting a PB for the distance in 2:16.19, Donie Bergin also ran well running a personal best of 2:18.14 in 61st place out of large contingent of 1168 runners Well done lads🖤❤️
